About Us

  • With over 40 years of Architectural and Engineering experience, founded by Tom Le, our firm was built on the belief that architecture is most impactful when it is rooted in partnership. From the outset, Tom envisioned a practice where architects move beyond a purely transactional role to become trusted collaborators—fully invested in understanding each client’s goals, challenges, and long-term vision. This philosophy has guided the firm’s growth and continues to shape how we approach every project, regardless of size or complexity.

Andy brings over 20 years of AEC industry experience, specializing in deployment strategies for national rollout programs for top brands, with a diverse portfolio spanning restaurants, hospitality, retail, mixed-use, master planning, parking structures, and complex commercial projects.

His passion for architecture and design is rooted in fostering collaborative, future-minded teams that balance optimism with pragmatic planning to execute effectively and drive long-term organizational success.
