We are excited to have partnered on the in-line tenant fit-out that transformed an existing grocery bodega into a new McDonald’s, where the design thoughtfully merges brand standards with the space’s original industrial character.

By embracing open ceilings, celebrating the existing woodwork, and highlighting the natural light from the skylights, our team was able to preserve and elevate the unique qualities of the building. The result is a fresh and engaging environment that introduces a strong national brand presence to the community in a cool, authentic, and distinctly local way.
